I tried several times to help my daughter access the schedule for classes. No one would answer the phone or answer questions. So we chose another college. Now we’re getting sales calls weekly. What a joke

Nothing about this school is good, especially not good enough to require me to download and app on my phone to access the student portal Definitely not higher education, you think you are some fancy school, absolutely delusional

Do not waste your money or time in this place, it’s better to pay more and go somewhere else. I had the worst experience in this place. Their customer service is terrible, cant get a hold of someone, the people you talk to know absolutely nothing so trying to get help is almost impossible. They also made me paid twice for a class when I did nothing wrong, I was withdrawn from a course without notice, even after completing all assignments. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So unprofessional and a waste of money.

I have had nothing but great experiences at BC! I’m just finishing up two years here and am excited to continue with them. They are very accommodating of any financial aid delays that may occur and questions they I have. Most staff are knowledgeable and friendly. BC is always requesting feedback and implementing systems to ensure speedy resolutions. School spirit across all campuses and encouragement from President Haile (through his video messages at the start of each school year) can be felt even as an online student. Congrats on being named top 10 in the nation once again! #BCProud

Had a terrible experience as a parent for academic advising. The advisor, Malcolm, was very rude, raising his voice, would not listen and very unhelpful. At one point he disappeared, gave us the wrong info. and wasted our time. For some reason he only wanted to help the men looking for advising! Terrible customer service and supervisor did not intervene! Looking for another campus that can help with class schedule!

It's a shame how much this school has gone down hill. My biggest complaint with Broward as a whole, is there administration. Talk about misinformation, I can never get a correct answer or the same answer from 2 people. Most of the staff is rude and if you call consistantly, they'll start ignoring your calls.. Broward holds students aid for well over a month after the session starts, so don't be in need of funds if you're dependent on FA. You're better going off to one of the universities or even Miami Dade with how Broward's doing.

Wouldn’t give them a star, one of the worst universities I have ever encountered. A trial of errors and constant ploy to keep you enrolled. Financial aid is the worst, fafsa keeps asking to let my school approve my funds which they fail to do. Contantly have problems communicating with staff who fail to answer any questions correctly. Miami Dade and Palm beach are way more helpful that Broward can ever be

This is the absolute worst school to attend, North Campus especially. My FASFA money has been stolen, along with them telling me my classes have been covered several times and yet I am told I have a day to pay big lump sums of money from my classes several times. I had to reselect my classes three times and was told they were covered and got dropped from them cause all of a sudden nothing is covered anymore. My FASFA rewards and federal pell grant values have changed several times during a two week period and yet again told I owe more money after everything has been settled and classes have started. Online advisor rarely ever return your emails when you are in need of help along with going to the school for help everyone tells you something different to resolve the problem. This school is so disorganized and I will be attending another school next semester. This school is a headache more than its worth trying to attend for an education.

If I could give this school a 0 I would. First, the people that work in administration and advising are the worst! They don’t know how to speak to people and they’re filled with the most nastiest attitude. I went to a real university and I have never experienced all the craziness that I’ve experienced from BC. They act as if they’re a high rank university. Relax, you’re a community college. One would expect them to have people who are nice and male students feel welcome.

I made the HUGE mistake to believe in this "institution", but is a plain business. I join a course of HVAC trough Education 2 Go. The i-responsibles persons (not educator involved) are Mike Baker and Silverstein. When I purchased this course there was A CLEAR CLAUSE that stated that I will receive a text book. Great, you can have the book with you, study, make notes highlights important concepts, in few words STUDY. Burt this irresponsible persons NEVER HAD A TEXT BOOK, they discovered it is more profitable yo do a LOUSY virtual book, than print and send you an actual text book. I also found a person that claim making the course in less that three months, so I am sure there is a cheating pages with all the responses in the internet. So in few words this is a plain SCAM, promoted by Broward College. I also learned that the Director of the Broward Hospital, in Fort Lauderdale, was escorted out of the Hospital with Securities Officers because corruption 'allegations", they fired that woman, so "allegations" is a courtesy Broward and I image South Florida must be the most corrupted Counties.

Broward College has been the most unhelpful school I have ever tried to enroll at. I swear your better off going to Miami Dade. It seems like everyone on these phone calls and at this school are a bunch of slugs who can’t even help themselves. Sorry to say that this is the worst school to enroll at. :(

It can be found on the upper floor of the library. There are only a few classrooms, but they are nice. The tables have plugs in them to charge your device. There are projectors available. It is often calm and a good amount of parking is available.

No stars. The most inneficient administrative group of people I have ever encounter. They solve nothing for you. Months with no answers, you get the run around, and forget about asking for a simple transript. Do not waste your money or time.

Advisement and financial aid office never know what they’re talking about. They each tell you something different. Science professors are the worst.

This school and staff is very horrible. You call the information is either wrong or incorrect. I can't get to the book store and financial aid is just as horrible.
