We dropped off our son today. He returned home from his mission in November and has been anxiously waiting to go to school. We had orientation, and he checked himself into his apartment. We had a great time. We are hoping he loves school and does well there.

I got a bachelor’s degree in physics at BYU-Idaho! It was a great experience! I also met my wife here! 10/10 would recommend going to school here!

Avoid this collage at all cost! You get what you pay for at this college; terrible quality classes and support. The LDS church should be ashamed of what this "university" is turning into. This should not be considered a university, its a continuation of high school with how fake and useless the classes that are available. The BYU-Idaho educational system is broken and completely unfair to the students; especially those who have a medical disability. This university should be considered a religion only university by how much religion is a enforced and required, not a personal choice. There are also few degrees available and the majority of classes aren't worth anything if you need to transfer credits. So they force you to stay with BYU-Idaho to graduate or start from scratch at a different university... The university completely ignores my medical disability even though I've been approved through the medical info I provided. The BYU-Idaho approved housing doesn't care about my disability or providing any accommodations for my living situational or my education. Because of the lack of support and resources my health declined very rapidly ever since living here. Campus parking is a nightmare even with a handicap parking pass. The atmosphere here is toxic. If you aren't perfect, or rich, or an overachiever with multiple jobs you don't belong here. The administration and councilors are teenagers with no clue how to resolve issues or help through situations. The forced track system is a joke. You can't opt out of it, so you're forced to take at least 1 class each semester to keep your student status. Thanks BYU-Idaho for screwing me. From talking to others who spent semesters here, most are regretting coming here and not recommending it at all.

Fantastic experience at the college! Came to take a tour and was so impressed with the facilities, student resources, the low cost per semester, and the friendly people. Seems like a wonderful school!

I love BYU Idaho. I wish they would put more park benches, like the nice kind with backs, around campus for people to sit on and chat etc. Also they need to fix the lights that shine on the Taylor so it looks nice at night rather than look like crap because half of them don’t work and it’s an ugly white/purple color. That would be really nice. But otherwise I love the school and professors and everything about it.

Attending BYUI was one of the best experiences of my life. Always felt the Spirit there. Great students and professors. Could not have asked for a better college experience all the way around. I hope some of my kids attend here. I love BYUI.

I want to start by saying that I am proud to be a member of the church. I love the gospel, but at the same time I cannot stand to see what BYU-I has become. It is a corrupt and disgraceful organization hell bent on driving people away. The religious department is made up of some of the most despicable people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting and it is sad to see them in positions of trust. I witnessed first hand the bullying and belittling remarks of one professor drive a student into a deep depression and when I reported it, nothing was done. It’s disgusting. I know this review may not be seen by many, but do yourself a favor and never let your light be dimmed by the hate and evil of others.

Wouldnt allow me to wear PANTS to a family members graduation. I was also strictly cautioned agaisnt showing any signs that my wife and I were together. Her attending was dependent on it. It was demeaning.
