I have to say I really like that the school has such great students and faculty. I also love that they have a program for incoming faculty (not sure if for staff) for dual careers. It is hard to relocate a lot and get the lay of the land when you follow your spouse.
Good Stuff lol. Seriously Though, The University Of Kansas Jayhawks Is One Of The Actual Best And Most Successfull Schools And Or Colleges In The United States Of America lol. Campus Is Always A Good Vibe And Atmosphere And The Women Are Seriously Absolutely Beautiful ❤️. You Really Will Like It. Top 5 Colleges In The United States Of America. As Always Still Much Loves And Respects To You And Yours Regardless. Love. Caleb Jeffcoat.
One of the most beautiful universities in Kansas (yes, I know the quality of education is more important). I came here for some friends' graduation some years ago and it was packed full of people! I liked the atmosphere here.
I am trying to wrap up an online program with KU, and I cannot express how much I feel underserved based on how much effort I have put into my program of studies and how little engagement I have seen from our instructors. I have paid thousands of dollars for poor-production-value recorded lectures (some of which were literally from a face-to-face class prior to Covid), and "instructors" that are just using these older lectures (often not even of them) and having TAs grade their papers. I'd check the syllabus for guidance, but that isn't even correct a lot of the time. Need help? Well you better be able to access the Zoom link in the middle of a weekday, which seems pretty odd for an online program. Want to go through legitimate channels to voice your concerns and complaints? "We value your feedback, " but if that were the case wouldn't things be improving? I have tried multiple avenues to voice my concerns, which has led me finally here. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else for online programs.
My only beef with KU is that they're forcing my daughter out of her dorm/apartment building and giving the whole thing to incoming freshman, like her presence there doesn't matter since she's not new.
Beautiful school with great students. I love this town of Lawrence, there are many delicious food and wonderful people!
The University of Kansas has an amazing campus with beautiful views and buildings.
Beautiful campus, has several stellar Museums. Interesting research and student lead projects.
Absolutely gorgeous campus, fantastic professors, and a world class education. Continually produces students that lead not only in their Kansas communities, but also on the global stage. In addition to that, the faculty and staff at this school truly care for your well being. If challenging yourself to be the best version of yourself is something you're interested in then this is the university for you. Rock chalk!
