Great college with an amazing staff. It's a college that is very focused on their students and their overall communications. They even have Art and more. My daughter loves it
This is absolutely the best school a person can attend trust me
Never really been there I'm currently checking HBC schools for possible enrollment in that area ty.
I've attended SUNO for 4 years as a full time student. I graduated in 2021. Even during the pandemic, the professors and staff were responsive and understanding. I would not recommend on-campus housing because of maintenance issues.
A 1 star rating is way too much and considerably nice of me. Unorganized, unprofessional. You can tell the administration is only there to collect a paycheck. No one there seems to be on the same page. They will lose paper work and when you try to speak with a supervisor, you'll have to email and call daily and you MAY just get a response in 2 weeks. Save your money. You'd do better going to an online school then to deal with these folks.
I would avoid attending Suno. As someone who attended the university for a year and pretty much regretted everything, except the Trio program, I would avoide wasting your time and choose another university. The staff is very unprofessional and lack manners. The professor are decent and work with students if you are on their good side and the campus is pretty much dead.Welcome to Suno😒.
The Instructors are VERY!!! Unorganized, They mix their classes up with one of their other classes ! Very Unprofessional. This is my 2nd semester and its been so different from what im use to at a different college in which I graduated. Worst teacher there is Boris Odynocki He write sloppy on the board, very condescending, his views about women are awful, such as he speaks of them being gold diggers often, he show favoritism on how he grade it has nothing to do with classwork, test or attendence!
I believe in sharing life experiences & knowledge, good and bad so with that understand it is imperative to share my personal experience with what I must say is the worst education institution in the City of New Orleans. Unorganized, unprofessional, uncoordinated and undeserving of anyone's time and/or tuition. Do yourself a favor and ask the hard question and then ask the harder questions and follow your gut feeling. You will save yourself and family a lot of heart ache and stress.
I am a transfer student from Delgado. I started at SUNO on 2015 of the Spring semester and I have had a great experience with the professors. I enjoyed every moment being there and I wish to continue my education at SUNO.
School is unorganized, as a 18 yr old freshman all I was around was grown people in there 30s - 40s , not a teen environment there’s no activities and not many programs. Wouldn’t go here if I was a incoming freshman. I dropped out today!
