Was there for a Craft Fair ~ Easter Bunny Festival. What a well organized group. The Ladies I met helped me a great deal as my helper was unwell. I was a Participant with the Crystal Suncatchers. The people who came to this event were all polite and friendly. A rarity lately at Fairs. The Children were all well behaved and polite. I will gladly be back for future events if invited. Thank you all for your hard work!!!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience here at CCCC of Pittsboro so far! I'm attending the Sustainability Technologies program. Honestly when I was looking at their website online the course seemed a bit intimidating due to me having little experience relating to any of the classes I'll be taking. I made the commitment and I'm making strides in fields I never thought I'd be interested in. I've been to college before and it was a bad academic experience, here at CCCC of Pittsboro I honestly feel I couldn't have better instructors. Absolutely phenomenal. These guys have an exceptionally bright future if they keep running that school and farm the way they do. I even get to volunteer on the school farm to earn organic food that I can take home to my family, while also learning a lot from Mr. James Fry who's my good friend that runs the school farm. The teachers here really make this school what it is, I'll be able to thank them for the rest of my life because they've also invested in me. So if you want to pretty much save the world for lack of better words, and to give back to the Earth while helping humanity, small or large scale, this would be THE place to start. They can also network you into a career that you've never dreamed of, they put in just as much as you.

Amazing resources at the Small Business Center. Am here taking another small business class being presented by Martin Brossman, one of my favorite and most helpful teachers. With the ever changing platforms on the internet, these classes keep me up-to-date, and give me a competitive edge. The newly assigned director/coordinator Jon Spoon, is always available and a wealth of information.

This fall I enrolled in a class at the Central Carolina Community College out of a need for a specialty certificate endorsing my knowledge and ability to manage a Social Media program using best practices. Upon doing a Google search I found that few schools offer what I was looking for. I was happy to get one of the limited seats for this class (Social Media Management Certificate) taught by Martin Brossman and Karen Tiede and have learned so much, made some amazing new friends, and enjoyed this class immensely. I hope they add an advanced class in the future...I will be the first in line to sign up.

This was the place we launched our Social Media Management Certificate program in January 2013. Started it with me and Anora McGaha then passed on to me and Karen Tiede. We enjoyed teaching here and will be offering a core competency in Social Media in the fall taught by Karen Tiede. It is a wonderful campus with good places to walk and just up the street from downtown Pittsboro NC. Plenty of parking as well.
