I've been attending this campus for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the fact that it's right here in Sioux Falls but also that the classes are smaller. The instructors get to really know their students and are always willing to help out. You also get to know others in your major really well and even some who aren't in the same major. I'm also part of the Sociology Club which is a fun group to be a part of because we meet every other week to discuss Sociology and things that are happening in our lives. The staff are always super helpful too whenever you have questions about classes, admissions, applying for scholarships, or just where to go once you're all done with school. If you're looking to get a four year degree without having the bigger lecture halls and not having to move to a college town, this is the place to go.
Friendly staff, easy access and they help you every step of the way if you have any questions. The classes are flexible and the teachers make it easy to learn and do assigned papers. Definitely a great idea if you are a busy person! Parents, older adults, new high school graduates and full time workers may like this school. In addition, the cost is pretty decent compared to most four year colleges with a array of degrees to pick from. I definitely recommend it!
I thoroughly enjoy taking classes here in order to pursue my goals, but unfortunately a little disappointed with how flexible they are. For a community college that caters to more non-traditional students, I would expect more night and weekend classes. Much of what they offer whether it's a class or meeting with advisors and such is handled between the traditional 8am-4pm. It's quite difficult when those are the hours most students are probably working their full time jobs. I hope to see an increase in flexibility. Also disappointed that the cost is the same as if I were attending in Vermillion for half the benefits. You would think the tuition would be cheaper.
i love attending here but i completed only one semester i might finish the rest this upcoming fall... btw this is hamza adem
It’s not that bad but I have this professor for computer science omg she is Worse she don’t know how to talk to students and she not able to help students Rn I’m failed both of her classes
