This little college has so much potential, but they need to reevaluate their staff choices! You come in and you are almost chased out by a grumpy old lady or a girl with the vocabulary of a ghetto teenager. Seriously! I don't know why a receptionist is not more professional, she speaks in Spanish thinking others will not understand her. There is being friendly and amiable with students but she is beyond ghetto! Then you have a Dean who is unsociable and frankly, I'm not sure how she is in that position. She does not engage with students nor is she approachable. There is a security guard who is basically getting paid just to fool around with the students... This place needs a serious professional development analysis. The janitor has better manners. Instructors are great and so are the advisors.

As a student myself attending currently, the staff here are amazing and wonderful, they have great resources plus a clean and quiet place to study. I highly recommend attending West Hills Community College. :)

Honestly, the school's infrastructure is fine. I think it has great potential and could become an excellent school. However, its staff is unprofessional. The support is poor for students and outsiders. The teacher is rude. And the teachers have a flawed approach to teaching, as they seem to only assign homework and lack a strong focus on teaching.
