Great food and inexpensive at the DMACC Food Service! It is open all summer!
As a mother of 4, i generally afraid to further my education. The faculty is so helpful and they take the time to help each student. Graduating with honors was one of the proudest moments of my life.
DMACC CET program is a scam, imagine spending 15k on an education just to labor like a dropout. Save your money and go straight into the workforce. If youre smart, go to a REAL school.
Took a class and was required to buy the book. We never used it once for the class but we’re told we might be able to use it for the final so I kept it till the end of the semester. We weren’t able to use it for the final so a few days after the class ends I go to return the book brand new still in the plastic and was told because the semester ended they would take it back but would buy my $150 book back for $20. This college robbed me and doesn’t care about their students of ethics. Years later the only thing that book does is collect dust in a box still unopened.
The Boone extension of the DMACC network was a very positive experience for me. There are many high quality professors here that are able to spend much more time with the individual student. I was attending ISU at the same time I took classes at DMACC Boone - the campus offered courses that ISU simply didn't. I learned a lot through the courses I took here - I'm glad I discovered DMACC in Boone.
CET program is a joke -only prepares you to be an Engineer's gopher. KSN is privy to misconduct and capricious grading practice. Bad experience, won't be back.
DMACC IS GREAT! We have the BEST students! There are so many opportunities for everyone at DMACC!!!
technical degrees are a cash grab by subpar colleges -steer clear of this place's throwaway "civil engineering" degree if you value your time or money
It was very nice. The gym was pretty cool.
Cool for small campus. Ppl are great here
