Mercer University

Our son Gerell was one of top 10 percent elected to attend Mercer University’s Presidential Scholars Weekend and the trip there was well worth it. Mercer did not disappoint! All of those involved in planning did a phenomenal job. My experience was very calming. I can see Mercer as being my son's home away from home while advancing in his education.

Awesome place to visit. One of the cleanest campuses I've ever visited. Streets are laid out well. People are friendly. Makes me want to go to school again

Townsend School of Music's free concerts are really nice.

My student and I loved our welcome during orientation. The current students were energized and they exuded so much happiness, we couldn't help but feel happy too. Meeting with my daughter's advisor was very pleasant as well. My student is very motivated and ready to get started. The lunch was surprisingly very good, but my favorite part was the bear mail. I got to write a note to my daughter that she will receive her first week of school. That is a wonderful idea, and I know it is going to touch her heart when she reads my message and remembers our visit to Mercer on her orientation day. That was truly a lovely touch! So thank you very much for welcoming me and my daughter I am sure she will perform well and make us all proud.

Stadium and facilities were top notch. Bathrooms were clean. Popcorn was perfect!

I was glad my daughter got excepted, after touring and meeting staff I am confident my daughter made the right choice. It's a little expensive but their financial aid department puts in work to make it as affordable as possible. Lastly this is going to sound weird but I feel my 5" 115 lb nerdy awsome daughter is safe with their campus police there. Chief Mills is a parent and seems to want to show the same grace and understanding to all the students at Mercer. Walt F.

Mercer University is quickly becoming the premiere educational institution in the South. With a gorgeous campus full of history as well as modern touches, Mercer is exploding with unique features and its own vibrant culture. As a Stamps Scholar at Mercer University, I can confidently say that this school is incredibly challenging regardless of the field of study one chooses. Professors have one-on-one relationships with students that allow them to receive individualized assistance. I have yet to have a professor that did not take an active role in my education both on and off campus. The faculty is one of a kind. We have a top rate athletic community and are best known for beating Duke on 2014--a high note in Mercer's 120 year sports history. The newly built football stadium has also changed the culture on campus and placed Mercer University on the map. I have met lifelong friends and brothers at this university, and I am forever grateful for the impact that Macon, Georgia has left on my life. If you make the wise choice and submit your admissions deposit for this illustrious institution, know that you are following in the footsteps of thousands of men and women who came before you and changed the world for the better. Mercerians are Movers and Shakers! If you want to make a difference in the lives of others and graduate in a position of prestige, this is the school for you. GO BEARS!

As a perspective student, the atmosphere is amazing. The enrollment process is easy with a fantastic and supportive staff. I haven't ventured into a classroom yet but they could use more parking.

Incredible school, the game was intense....I absolutely enjoyed it. The stadium was nice. The view was perfect. Fans danced and sang, the crowd was truly entertained. The DJ and announcers were truly entertaining throughout the game. Lots of games to win something.

Mercer was such a lovely school upon arrival. I was amazed with how beautiful the school payment and design. The grass fields were massive and kept clean. The people were very accepting of anyone and led of this powerfull vibe of joy. Loved my stay at Mercer for not only the school but the people. Thank you for this opportunity.
