I have attended and earned degrees from Kirkwood, Iowa, and Mount Mercy. MMU was my favorite - combing the small class feel of Kirkwood with the class and prestige of a larger university. You get the best of both worlds here.

I am a current student I did not enjoy my experience at Mount mercy university. Whenever I asked my advisor Christine for anything it took weeks to respond. She never went out of her way to help me. I feel as if I was robbed and got nothing out of my education. They don’t help with long term care practicum experience. Please don’t go to mount mercy university:

As an adult who attended Mount Mercy University, I can't say enough about how great of an experience I had. The small class sizes were great, and every professor I had seemed genuinely interested in seeing each student succeed. The library was also a great resource. There is plenty of room for group meetings, and the librarians are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This campus is absolutely beautiful. The setting is on a hillside and the buildings are all connected with an underground tunnel system in case of really bad weather outside. So the students are literally wearing shorts year round here! :)

Do not go here they will not provide you help in classes and still charge you for said classes 0/10 would NOT recommend, NEVER had these problems at the university of Iowa
