I had an appointment with Mrs. Kaissa Oulhadj, on May 22, 2025, the appointment was at 9:30 am and I connected to the link at 9:25 am and I left until 9:45 am and I received a call where she demanded me to reschedule an appointment, not apologizing for not being on time but to reschedule:45 am and I received a call where she demanded that I reschedule an appointment, not apologizing for not being punctual in his appointment but to reschedule and then I came to the comments and I realized the bad comments that exists with the administrators or office people, the truth is a shame what they do with people in this college.

My experience with event staff was less than a one star, First me and my husband made multiple calls to the event superior Jamie Doerrbecker we didn't receive a response till four days after the voicemail we left and when answered no apology!! Than we set a meeting with the same evil, uneducated, bad- mannered women as soon as we arrived we witness how cruel she was to the janitor a young black male. We were not offered to sit she was just staring and not answering our question/ concerns and was talking on her phone the whole time we were severely mistreated like our money isn't green and were not humans! If you happened to be a minority or a human being this is not the spot to rent you don't need to discriminated against. Towards the end my husband whispered to me let's leave now! We found a cheaper and very well respected staff at a different venue with parking for our sons engagement thank god!

As I hosted an event in their auditorium, I can say the event staff services were fantastic and the venue itself is simply cool, given all of the original light fixtures and other decorative items. The event staff was accommodating, the venue comes with a giant screen, basic sound system and a ton of tables. Event Planners: In this space, the WiFi, however, was severely lacking, perhaps given the older building's materials, but I was able to connect all devices needed using MiFis.

My advice? Go to a school that appreciates student differences, as every student is unique. This school was a huge disappointment, and certainly didn't make concessions for real life situations. Before debating this school, check into graduation and retention rates, I wish we had.

Ben Franklin is a really good 2 year technical School because it's in perfect in the setting of South End and it's right in the heart of Boston where you take any kind of transportation to get to this trade school including train, bus, or car. I recommend you coming to this trade school

The auditorium was roomy and holds approximately 100 to 200 people comfortably. It was a clean venue.

This place is a joke. Don't fall for all the advertising online. The instructors are awful and the administration doesn't care about the students. Pay a little more and go somewhere where they care.

The administration of this college is horrible. The college could care less of the students and the equipment is outdated.
