If I could give them negative stars I would. These “Christians” convinced me to change what college I was attending, claiming that the accreditation on my old college would never get me a job in Oklahoma and so it scared me into changing colleges. I didn’t know better at the time. Within merely a few months of being 3/4 finished with my bachelors degree, I get a letter stating that I can no longer go to school here, unless I pay for the rest of my classes out of pocket. I go to my student loan page and find out the school drained my student loan account completely dry all $72K that was available for me to use to get my bachelors degree, they took every dime of it and did not let me complete my degree. I know before I transferred I had plenty of money on my student loan account to be able to finish out because I had been paying of it every month. They stole every dime I had in order to get a decent education and now I have nothing to show for my hard work and my 72K that was spent. I would not trust this so called Christian school if it was literally the only school left in the country. They never even explained the costs, the classes I would be taking, NOTHING. I literally chatted with somebody on the phone about getting everything transferred over and she said all I had to do was write several ridiculously long essays to get accepted into the school, which was really ridiculous, but I did it just to have these people not tell me anything at all that I should’ve been told upfront. I didn’t even know what classes I was going to be assigned until I started my first class. Now I know some of that’s my fault, but I really didn’t know any better at the time and I really trusted these people to tell me the truth, but clearly they don’t do that there. Crooks!!!

I complete my associates degree online at MACU and plan to continue my education at this college. The staff has always been super helpful with any questions I have had. The student services department goes above and beyond! They contacted me throughout my classes to ensure that I had everything I needed to be successful as an online student. The 5 week classes worked well for me. If you are working full time and considering getting a college degree, MACU is definitely a place to consider. I usually had two deadlines each week to submit assignments, which provided me with the flexibility I needed to complete everything. 10/10 I would recommend MACU.

I started attending this university in the Summer of 2012, and everything went really well. I enjoyed the students and instructors except for one. That class was a nightmare. When you have ninety-nine instructors, and one tells you, you will have a disciplinary action take place if you mess up again, that is messed up. The financial aid department was a joke. After three years of being at the university, it was time to move on. Last year was something else. I was randomly selected to provide a tax transcript, and after three attempts to have the IRS mail the statement, no luck! Now, I am going to attend ORU to obtain my bachelor's degree. Their financial aid is more timely, and less of a headache. Be cautious of the financial aid department. Great school, but not the best customer service.

I have attended 6 different colleges over the years, MACU is by far my favorite. Adult student classes are convenient for my crazy schedule, the staff is professional and kind, the instructors are amazing and knowledgeable about the subject they are guiding us through, and they understand life happens. I love that each class is Christian backed, but you are not judged or pressured into religion if you choose to take a different path. There has been non-christian individuals in a few of my classes - not once we're they ever made to feel less of a person. Everyone's opinions are welcome without judgement. Great college with an amazing educational program. Highly recommend!!!!

You know the people in the bible were sinners saved by Jesus. These Christians forget how we all started in the Kingdom of darkness and God pulls us into kingdom of light. The mistreatment of people with past discrepancies in their lives but are currently walking in the light of Jesus with fellow business/clergy relationships and references vouching for their changed character but yet this school doesn’t see that. Rejects people that believe in Jesus with records. You can’t make this stuff up. How can you be a Christian University and reject your fellow brother in Jesus Christ. The same Father in the name of Jesus, I call upon in every situation. The advisor I was working with wanted me to fill paperwork because the students wanted to fill safe. The way they treated a fellow believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are serving the same King. It makes no sense to commemorate people in the Bible including Apostle Paul. He called himself the “ chief sinner “ in scripture but yet most churches, organizations, and Christian universities honor Apostle Paul. But at the same they dishonor and tear fellow believers in the Lord Jesus because of “PAST SINS” down. Keyword “past”. I am not saying that this isn’t a good university but I am saying if you have a past record you may experience difficulties with moving forward in the admissions process. I would not recommend this college to people that are labeled by this godless society as ex-felons, and ex-convicts. You will be torn down no matter how honest and trustworthy you are. But if God has led you to attend at this university then follow God. Proverbs 3:6

I tried getting in touch with my enrollment counselor many times to only find out she was no longer working for the school. Working with their financial aid department is a nightmare. Everybody I speak with has a different answer and they are extremely slow, so this has been an added stress on top of trying to keep up with the 5 week courses. With all the troubles and the cost, I would like to transfer out. However, I'm 6 classes away from graduating and 12 of my hours won't even transfer so I will suck it up and continue. No more stress needed...

The online MBA program is a disaster. I've had 4 classes not put online on the date the class starts and then got penalized for late work. If you have all A's and a D they wait till the end of the program and tell you that you can't graduate unless you retake the class. You are told numerous things, and the success coach turns around and says he miscommunicated information to you. I have SEVERAL emails regarding all these problems. Other students in my online class are constantly emailing with the same complaints. It has turned into a nightmare! You would think we were the first graduating class it is all so unorganized.. Save yourself the headache and enroll online somewhere else. I wish someone had told me before hand.

I completed the Christian Ministries degree, and really enjoyed the program. As with anything on line, there were a few glitches. However, the staff did a great job of sorting out and answering questions. I am proud to say that I am a MACU graduate (May 2013) - and the graduation ceremony was awesome.

The Great thing about MACU is you take a 5 wk course at a time. The nightmare is the Financial Aid! Terrible experience with Financial Aid, in 2014 it was bearable, but in 2015 it was so bad it became stressful so i had to attend another …

I have been a MACU for about a year now. Its my sophomore year. The courses are great. The professors are knowledgeable. However, the finical aide department is so slow. Great university, poor finical aide department.

Seems like a fantastic place with great leadership. I'm new to the University, teaching a class this semester but so far I'm impressed with the people I've met. I'm a local pastor and I love the Christ-centered nature of this university.

Business office is HORRIBLE! They're unprofessional, and handle nothing responsibly. They have no clue on how to handle business. Other then that, the school is great!
