Amazing staff and pastors. Phenomenal way to make a lasting Christian community that you can interact with all over the world. Especially recommend this school to International Students and people looking to learn English. Since there is a small population of students on campus it makes it easy to meet native English Speakers and learn from them in conversation. Many large Universities end up having large country groups form in which people stay in their comfort zones and don’t get to meet as many people from places other than their home country. Highly recommend this school to anyone.

I graduated from PBC almost 24 years ago, and looking back, I can see so many ways the college and the overall experience shaped my life and set me up for my future. Committed teachers, a beautiful setting, an emphasis on the practical application of the Bible, and a passion for Jesus are just a few of the things that stand out in my mind.

Attending this college was one the best decisions I ever made.The teachers/professors are always open to questions and they allow you to share your thoughts. It is so clear and evident that they care about more than just the students academics, they also care about each students well-being and health! I recommend this college to anyone and everyone that is either wanting to go into ministry, just wanting to grow in their knowledge of the Bible, or even just a starting point in their college journey!

Our experience as students was life-changing. The profs instilled in us a strong love of the Word of God, integrity of character and a heart for worship that we have carried with us for 50 years. I also love that you can come out of college debt free.

My time at PBC was easily one of the most fulfilling seasons that I will forever cherish. I arrived incredibly insecure and without much joy, but with the environment heavily focused on seeking a deep relationship with God, the Lord completely transformed me. There were so many doors of opportunity opened to me that I never could have imagined, and was incredibly humbled by. I will never forget the pastors there who spoke into me, trusted me with responsibilities that I had only dreamed of having, and lead me in the right direction towards Jesus. As long as you go and truly focus on what God has for you in that season, He will transform you in ways that are so freeing. Words cannot describe my gratitude and love for this school and everything it holds. I’d give it a thousand stars if I could!

Portland Bible College is an amazing school with wonderful people. The classes are engaging, practical, and biblically sound. The teachers care about the truth and teach everythig the Bible says, not just what isn't controversial. The faculty care about the wellbeing of the students, and that is so clear in class and outside of class. PBC provides very high quality relationships and education, and makes that available to many through impressively low costs. And campus life provides plenty of opportunities for immense spiritual, relational, and academic growth. It is an amazing place to be!

I grew up in church but was continually amazed at the richness of the Bible that was unlocked in each class. This solid foundation has helped me navigate well through the journey of life. I am thankful for my time at Portland Bible College.

I had such a great time spending my first two years after high school in PBC. I would recommend it to my own kids to spend a few years in a place that is centered around God, builds great community, and a great foundation for your future.
