My last college was so supportive. This school has been the exact opposite. They also would not believe me when I was having a problem, until I showed proof of the problem through screenshots. Leaving as soon as my class is over.
I enjoyed my experience at LCCC. The facilities are very well-kept, and there are adequate resources for students. They excel at getting individuals job-ready. But as with any institution of higher learning, it is what you make it. The results are a reflection of the work you put in.
I had the best professors. They really wanted me to succeed and be able to learn. Class of 2020, Architectural Engineering Program.
LCCC puts the L in Learning, they put the S in Succeeding, they put the W in Winning, and they'll put the H in Head held High after graduating
Let me just start out that the whole college isn't bad, just the staff that are meant to help students. Since August of 2019 I have been trying to get help in the classroom because of a learning disorder that's been documented by a doctor and all paperwork submitted correctly. I have received no aid whatsoever. They don't care about the students that need aid. I'm failing my classes because I haven't received any of the aid that I was told I could get, because the person in charge of this (HER NAME IS DEBRA FOR THOSE IN THE BACK) NEVER BOTHERED WITH MY CASE.
The best choice for me. My couselors made sure I was well prepared for the next level of education. The curriculum prepared me for the Praxis Exams. Being apart of the schools athletic program was also wonderful. The best instructors. Everything was great.
For the low cost, you're getting a great education. Highly recommended especially if you are coming out of high school and looking at expensive four year schools. Instructors for the most part are very helpful and knowledgeable.
There is a craft fair going til 4pm. Lots of great stuff for Christmas and halloween. Take a ride it's only for today. I bought fuller's candy dark chocolate it was good melt in my mouth. Take a look have a great time it was busy take a look great stuff
Graduated 2010 with excerise science. Returned today to start two year degree for plumbing, heating, HVAC. The campus is super clean with covid measures in place. If your looking for a great place after highschool or to return and further your education then look no further then LCCC.
You get what you pay for. Some profs are good but some hardly speak english. If you need to get ahold of any department you have to go in person they do not ever answer phone calls. Profs seem to care and understand about the students who attend the school. If your looking for a college experiance go to a 4 year.
