We spent two weeks studying and staying in Thiel College during two weeks in Summer 2023. Nice campus.
I was very impressed with this school. First the campus looks great. Very well maintained. The students that i met were very well informed and eager to talk to you and share. The factually was very accommodating and eager to answer any questions. They seemed to care and it was not fake. The financial aid reviewers need to know more and be more helpful. But that was only a small bump in the road. The food was excellent. It will be a great place to send a child.
So far the experience here has been great everyone is kind and is very helpful. Its a small school so if you have a hard time finding something that won't be hard. Very nice dining hall and the food is great. A terrific place to send your up incoming child/student in my opinion!
Thiel College is such a wonderful D3 school for athletics and it's a great college because it's small and you get to know everyone on campus, especially the professors, coaches, and staff which is most important. It is just a short distance to the surrounding buildings on campus. It's a beautiful get-away to the country side. Thiel College just added a PA program and an MBA program, which are both great routes to go through, just in a couple of years. Division three sports are fun to get involved in because there's not too much pressure on you as an athlete while staying caught up with academics. Everyone at Thiel are all nice and supportive of one another, 10/10 would recommend!
Underrated college. Very good professors that care about their students and well being. You'll be challenged if you come here.
Thiel College has provided me with opportunities, internships, experiences, and knowledge that I know I would never have received anywhere else. The Thiel professors and staff go above and beyond to encourage individual student success; they get to know their students and care for them as people. When I was trying to decide what college to attend during my senior year of high school, Thiel was the one that made me feel the most supported. I started my first semester as a freshman with an undecided major, but thanks to the work of my professors who took an interest in me and in my personal situation, I was able to choose a major in a field that best suits my talents, abilities, and interests. For anyone looking for a smaller school where you can truly be part of a community, invest in your future, and be surrounded by people who care about your success, I highly recommend you consider Thiel College.
Thiel College is a beautiful campus in the quiet town of Greenville. I have been a student here for the past 3 and a half years and have been afforded many opportunities I would not have had at a larger institution. In high school I was hesitant about going to college. I had the grades to, but never really saw myself having the motivation to get a four year degree. Here I am graduating in only seven semesters because of all the support I received from the Thiel College community.
My daughter is a freshman soccer ⚽️ player. The campus is very nice and the lay out is convenient. I’m very excited for her as she begins her New year
A small, close campus. You'll get to know just about everyone. Professors, generally, are friendly and will work with you in their office hours. With a couple exceptions, there are no large auditorium/lecture hall classes. Most are small, like 30 students. Even though it is a small campus in a small town there is usually always something going on to keep you busy. Greek Life isn't a major part of campus life, but it does exist and is worth checking out.
Never going to forget my experience here. Would highly recommend for out-of-state and international students
