This school is a party school. Athletes get drunk on the weekends and certain coaches encourage the behavior. If you need medical attention as an athlete you can maybe see a medical professional at a basketball game during a time out. The honors program is a joke. The dorms are a health hazard. Best of luck if you are enrolled here and make sure you advocate for yourself loudly.
We enjoyed the presentation of James Hood's Beautifica. Getting there early or having VIP tickets and getting there early definitely pays off.
USCA has the best indoor pool in the CSRA. The pool is maintained to the NCAA Standard. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Small public university and community partner. The faculty and staff are caring about students. The administration has their head in the clouds on how to run a business school but a new Dean and Provost will be there and gone and tried to make their mark on the p&l not the students. Most business schools are flailing around with dean after dean just working their way up the chain.
Swim aerobics every morning at 9. Great class - new friends. Better health.
This college is a joke. They dont do anything about failing teachers. They screw your schedule over and don’t provide information that they canceled your class until it has already started. My experience so far has been terrible, and i have just completed my sophomore year. Too bad I’ll be there for another 3-4 years including summer classes
I received my Bachelor of Art degree from here and I believe that it was an exceptional learning experience. I had a mostly doctoral staff that were friendly and well experienced in their field of study and were always available outside of the classroom to help in any way possible. I would highly recommend this university branch to students wanting a high quality education.
Constant network outages, if you live on campus they will ignore work orders and leave you in a room that smells like mildew and soaked floors from leaks. They do not care about students at all. There are a few good teachers but not enough to make it worth the overall experience there.
This is an alright school, but there are many things that prevent it from getting a five star rating. The internet connection around campus isn't very fast and tends to be spotty, the campus is relatively boring, and the online system (SSC) is terrible (idk if this is their fault, or if they outsource to build the website). I'd give this a 3.5 if possible. Also, they literally have the worst parking lots of anywhere I've ever been. Out of the four main parking lots, 3/4 are literally filled with cracks and aren't even flat.
Well, being harassed about money that I have a deferment on, not returning my phone calls to talk about a payment plan, and trying to charge me for a semester where I became sick with pneumonia, after being told I specifically was not going to be, does not bode well for this institution. My best advice, is to go to a private college. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one, is because some of the professors are actually very good.
I am thankful to be transferring to the University of Georgia after wasting two years here. They refuse to provide normal official transcripts including AP credit which has caused me to lose six credit hours. The internet on campus is …
USCA is a terrible University. The gym is old and dirty. Most professors do not care about students and make it very difficult to pass. Recommend go somewhere else. Most people do not graduate.
This school is in total disarray. I transferred here and halfway through my second semester found out that I was advised for and enrolled in a class for which I had already received transfer credit. On top of that, the financial account …
My undergrad alma mater, so I admit I'm a bit biased. My experience was one of (mostly) excellent faculty, in-depth educational opportunities & the space to develop my own critical thinking skills. USC-Aiken gave me the foundation I needed to not only continue my education but to always be a learner.
Very pleasant experience to get my first COVID-19 vaccination here. Great staff and students. I recommend this to anyone who still has not yet received their COVID-19 vaccine.
The bathrooms in the junior senior apartments were disgusting!!!! MOLD MOLD MOLD IMG_7302.jpeg IMG_7304.jpeg IMG_7303.jpeg and this is in the bathroom but yet they can still get charged a penalty if they don’t clean the apt if it’s left …
Has anybody done USC Aiken online, specifically in MBA?! I'm curious and would love to know more about it from a personal experience. I have tried to find something on google and I couldn't find anything.
Went for SEED event which is introducing kids to STEM concepts. Great event, staff were wonderful and facilities are in good shape.
Reached out to this school regarding returning to college and was told in no uncertain terms that USC Aiken DOES NOT WANT NONTRADITIONAL STUDENTS. …
This is a beautiful sports complex. I was here with my daughter for an AAU tournament. Plenty of parking and clean facility.
