The University was established in 2002 in response to the events of 9/11 and in support of the federal efforts to increase the nation’s cybersecurity by providing high quality, doctoral, master’s and graduate certificate programs for adult learners. Lack of professional program coordinator . Very poor communication, and lack of someone who can at least make you feel that they are not there just to collect money from you . It’s a sad feeling to see this at a University that I still respect for its quality board of trustee; however none of them had at least their e mail or contact to learn about terrible experience . Until someone form the board of trustees reaches to us, I will keep this honest review . Unless changes are made to ensure the fairness and true customer service . Patricia was not helpful at all and she should know that she doesn’t make a decision by having a strong personality
