SECURITY: today they went above and beyond to help try to find my lost keys! Looked at video of me carrying my keys then leaving without my keys. Really look hard around in the building and grounds. Did not find them. Someone must have picked them up. So one of the guys was gracious enough to give me a ride to my apartment which was Less than a 5 minute drive to get my spares, However that was a bust too. But grateful for ride to get spare home key. Called a local emergency locksmith and had it done in less than an hour! Let them know to keep a lookout for those keys though. Just wanted to say this place has been so helpful and supportive! It’s a great environment and well worth the investments, grants and any other funding to continue making our community better each and every day!

Financial Aid takes forever to work on your file, plan on waiting until the first full week of classes before receiving any overage money. The college uses Canvas for online classes which is fine but the classes online are overly complicated by needing to use multiple websites from third party vendors to do your assignments. Welcome center staff could be more helpful and knowledgeable about student issues and they never pick up the phone if you call them.

Used the PearsonVu testing center in bldg 4. Campus was clean. Where are the students? 10:30 on a Monday and there’s like nobody on campus except admin people and groundskeepers?

Helpful, considering, GREAT community. Had trouble with my FAFSA but Candy at the aid office was amazing. Morgan Denton is the best advisor. They have the best advising office, I broke down in tears before my finals and they quickly brought me in without an appointment and consoled me and listened to my big and small problems until I felt better. I have family that wouldn’t go as far as the faculty here❤️❤️

These pictures are of myself and the scenery of my neighborhood at home, I want Olympic college to recognize them for I am a abiding student for the rangers!

Maybe a little premature comment here but, here we go! I was struggling to understand some order of operations with math (almost 20years post highschool mind you). I decided to skip my pride and go in for tutoring (which is surprisingly free of cost for students). Not only did I feel supported and not judged by the tutor (Zach or Maybe Zack (sp?)), so helpful in breaking it down for me. I have also enjoyed how direct my Teacher has been with helping us, I am so happy to be here ! Thank you

Unbelievable! Since April 1st 1, 1998. Proud and dedicated. What a ride. 26years. I always loved my job. Too bad such petty people, instead of appreciating your physically hard work and/or accomplishments will instead, target, bully, sabotage and hate on hard working classified staff that are truly the foundation of the college. Other than that fact, Olympic College is an absolutely amazing college from the gorgeous campus, incredible professors and teaching staff, options for degrees and even a variety of venues for campus and community events. From the moment I first walked on Olympic College campus, I knew I had found my future. I know, in my heart, that I worked very hard on all assignments (and then some) and am, to this day, more than proud of my accomplishments. Being around and interacting with some of the incredible faculty and staff as well as the countless amazing students were the true blessings and memories that I embrace and value and keep in my heart. God helps me to let go of the shameful, undeserving, harmful actions and accusations aimed at me. That ugliness over many years finally chased me away. Nonetheless, OLYMPIC COLLEGE, Bremerton is an excellent choice to continue your education.

I recently graduated with an AS transfer degree and these last two years have been absolutely amazing! This school is one of the best I've been to. All the teachers I've had are experienced and very knowledgeable in their respective fields. It's easy to get financial aid or get one of the many scholarships offered by the school. If you join one of the many student government clubs they give you a chunk of change to work on whatever extracurricular projects or go on whatever outings you may fancy. Lastly, they partner with several universities which means I can "transfer" and finish my four year degree right here. I think if I had to give any constructive criticism it would be to improve the efficiency of the admin offices. It took literally a week to get enrolled and any task requires being passed around between people at least twice. Granted it's gotten better in the time I've been there (getting a parking permit no longer means a hike across campus!), however I recommend consolidating the cashier and admissions front end into one. All in all, it's been a great two years and I look forward to starting at WSU on your campus this fall.

I entered the school in December 2020 and was enrolled for about two years from June 2022. I came from Japan to study abroad in hopes of doing practical training in early childhood education, but due to the influence of the coronavirus, all classes were taken on Zoom except for the first three months. There is a study abroad support center here, and I often use it because I can receive advice and help from international students. However, I have a bad memory of not being able to graduate with one credit due to my own financial problems. However, if you want to master an American junior college in Washington State, or if you want to experience the local life, it is a college worth going to.

I graduated from there twice, once before grad school, and once for a certification after grad school. It is a great school for people who like to show up for class and learn stuff, not so great for students who want to skip class and cram for the final. LGBT and ADA friendly, famous for nursing, business and engineering bachelor's degree as well. Solid faculty and campus staff, great facilities, full gym, library, childcare, basketball games, tutoring, lots of parking etc. This is the main institution of higher education in the west sound.
