Sofia University

Originating from Europe, I pursued my studies there before relocating to the United States. The American educational system presented distinct challenges, necessitating a period of adjustment. I am so glad I chose Sofia University as my destination. The university community is characterized by warmth and willingness to assist, and all faculty members actively engage in community projects, providing support and guidance to individuals. Their expertise stems from their personal experiences, as they embody the knowledge they impart. In contrast, during my time in Europe, I encountered only one university professor who exhibited such a caring demeanor. The rest resided in an intellectual utopia surrounded by books, disconnected from reality. In Sofia University, I was astounded when one teacher shared her involvement in volunteer work in women’s prisons, writing a book about children, and having her own family. This individual embodies the qualities I aspire to emulate and learn from.

From the very beginning, my experience at Sofia University has been excellent. The admission process was smooth and well-structured. The admissions team provided clear guidance at every step, making the application process hassle-free. One of the key reasons I chose Sofia University was its advanced courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science. Additionally, the Work-Integrated Learning approach allows students to apply their skills in real-world scenarios, making the learning experience even more effective. The faculty and staff are incredibly supportive. Professors are not only knowledgeable but also approachable, always ready to clarify doubts and provide additional resources for better understanding.

I was blessed to attend the residential doctorate program from 2006 to 2014. I would have to say, without a doubt, these were the best days of my life (so far). This program and school are truly special. The immersive and experiential aspects of this program not only prepared me for my professional development, but provided a solid foundation in helping me start the process of coming home to myself. The classes and instructors were excellent and the journey wouldn’t have been nearly as fun as the companionship of the cohort I was a part of. Thank you Robert and James for the amazing institution you created!

My Sofia MATP experience has significantly empowered my evolution as a person and transpersonalist. A degree for my soul, which has been enabling me to support brethren in connecting to theirs. I loved the once a year in person seminars, the heart centered wise faculty, the golden nuggets of wisdom and practices the courses offered, and an embodied spirituality has has emerged and a much more intimate connection to the natural world. I am blessed to now be in 2 quarters into the MACP program and what has stood out is the space for being a well rounded person it opens up through things like creative arts and dynamic in person experientials during the seminar and the heart centered rigor of the faculty.

This "University" does not honour its own credentials. Did Year one of a Masters and received a Cert in Transpersonal Studies Diploma. Have letters written stating this was First Year of my Masters which I could pick up after childrearing. Now some years later they are not recognizing it and want me to redo that year, start at the begining. I would get more credit at another University for my First year in their Masters program than I do with them! Never heard of a such a thing. Not an honourable institution.

Sofia provides Day 1 CPT and fast 1-on-1 processing support. The MSCS program offers coursework in leading topics like robotics, ML, AI, data science... Tuition for one quarter (2 courses) is about $3,800 for international students.

Great faculty, very passionate and helpful. I'm really enjoying my study currently at this university.

Nice program at affordable cost. Staffs were very nice and helpful.

Nice space with good intentions. I enjoyed coming here for events, meetups and receiving a tour of the Transformative Tech lab. Recommend for all to discover what this school & community is working towards for human flourishing.
