I attended a conference at this college with several friends. The college itself is immaculate and well designed. It was clean and the staff were pleasant as well as professional. The event itself was well organized and informative. The president of the college spoke at the conference and I found him to be inspirational and very articulate! The city of Chicago is blessed to have this college!
No structure. Yelling at students. Acting as if they’re doing us a favor. I literally heard one guy say “ These are your classes i’ve taken mine to get where I am” ??? Who says that to a student registering for classes. They’re literally trying to talk for less than 5 minutes. They’re absolutely no help and the front and back staff should be replaced. Would not send anyone I know here for any degree
If I can put 0, I would. The staff here is disrespectful and unorganized. Since I've been coming here, I've been treated rudely and fed incorrect information. This school would really discourage someone from getting an education. Admissions are the worst; they don't get back to you in a timely manner and will ignore you. I absolutely would NOT ever recommend this school. I'm so disappointed.
If I Could Give ZERO STARS I WOULD !!!! By far the WORST COMMUNICATION You’ll ever encounter when its comes to enrollment and ensuring your taking the correct classes. They STALK YOU DOWN when You Apply But The Moment Your a student YOU WONT HEAR FROM THEM ANY MORE !!!!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Will be transferring to harold Washington once my summer class is complete 💯
I came here for a 3-day seminar put on by the City of Chicago. The facility was clean, well lit, easy to navigate and I'd definitely come back!
The campus is beautiful, but the classrooms and restrooms are consistently filthy! This place is a health hazard!
Located in Chicago, this facility offers 2 year programs in a variety of fields. Renamed for Malcom X, one of the most well known & great civil rights advocate, fosters programs that can lead to long term careers & help individuals establish themselves in society. This area is super busy & placement of this college in the area is perfect. On my visit they were actually closed, I understand the college is very busy under normal circumstances.
Beautiful meeting spaces, great location, easy to get to, and free parking with validation.
This is a beautiful campus, with very well equipped classrooms. However, getting into Associate programs here is very difficult. Specially because of the constant changes in students advisers. A lot of incompetence and miss information. Also,in my personal experience with a 3.7 GPA, I applied to Respiratory Care Program, In the process I was told by the respiratory care program director ,Jane Reynolds, that 'I had a strong accent, that might interfere with communication with patients. After that she never replied to my Emails. Felt very discriminated and doomed.
The Conference Center is the perfect place for meetings and corporate events.
