Boyce College

This school is definitely imperfect, as all institutions are. But it warrants a 5 star review simply because of the faculty and the student leadership. God used those people to change my life forever during the two years I was on campus. It prepared me well for the job I am now at, having moved back home to GA and finishing my studies online. They emphasize community, the LOCAL CHURCH, discipleship, evangelism, and STRONG and challenging Christian education. Be warned: this place is a reading and writing galore. But it’s all for your good, and I’ve walked away with life-long skills and knowledge that the faculty has helped make practical in my life. That said, you get out of this place what you put in. If you’re considering this school, go. Do it. But be ready to accept challenges, and go out of your way to meet with professors for meals, network among the students, enjoy student activities and events, study hard, GET OFF OF CAMPUS and work a job, and show/tell people about Jesus. Lastly— a warning: it’s “easy” to be a Christian here. Everyone knows what to do. What to say. That said, it’s easy to grow in self righteousness here. Check yourself often. Make sure your Christianity is not pharisaical and a check-list Christianity. The key diagnostic question every day at Boyce—and indeed in the rest of life—is, Do I love the LORD my God with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength? LOVE PEOPLE! Faith without works is dead. But works without love is empty. So strive to love God and neighbor day by day while you’re here. You will be bombarded with truth here. But remember to stay daily in the reading of the Word for yourself: alone, on your knees, in prayer, in study. At Boyce, you reap what you sow spiritually, just as in the rest of life. It’s imperfect, and a bit of a bubble, but rarely have I heard a student regret their enrollment decision.

What an amazing environment for a young person just beginning to make their way in this oftentimes turbulent world. During Preview day, we were thoroughly moved by the calm and beautiful campus, attentive staff, and incredibly polite student body. We believe Boyce is imbued with solid Christian directive, and is the perfect environment for our son.

We visited Boyce Preview day. We were thoroughly impressed.

Great experience. Both academically but more importantly spiritually. I personally know many great peers who went on to be successful in both the ministerial and secular professional world.

This is a fantastic place that is very loving and gracious to their students, who teach the Scriptures faithfully, and helps you engage the culture effectively. I went to a Christian school my entire life and never felt that way, but when I got to Boyce that completely changed.

I am not a student but aunt to a professor there. He took us on a tour of the school. The location and buildings are beautiful and very peaceful. The surrounding area is a very well kept section of torn also.

I did my undergrad here. 7.5/10 experience overall. Worth the money.

Scripture is faithfully taught, and students get a great exposure to Christian love, living, and education. Top notch
