Do not go to this school. They do little to assist you and they are trying to charge my daughter $1200 for the Spring semester and she did not even attend in the Spring. No one answers the phone and they will not call you back nor respond to your emails. Save your time, money, and college experience and go somewhere else.

Very grateful to UNO for my education! best professors I came across in my life: they care and they know how to teach. Nice facilities (the library, student center). I have the fondest of memories of my time there in 2007-2012.

Just stay away hidden charges they force you to pay $2,000 for a food program you don't even use then charge an additional $4,000 in the middle of the year! Won't release your transcripts, don't take payment plans this is the worst college ever!

The sociology department is hands down the best. I went to two other institutions before I came here, and this feels the most like home for me. I cannot speak for other majors, but I truly have had great experiences with my department advisors and professors, as well as the psychology department.

Run-down school that has little quality in food, living, education, and staff. The expensive cost doesn't garner any neat benifits like other schools. The only saving grace of this university is it's pretty decent film school or engineering …

My son is a music major there – is there a better place to study music than New Orleans? He loves the department and is getting lots of hands-on experience. Ponchartrain Hall is the nicest dorm I have ever seen – a palace compared to the …

Great University in New Orleans where you can and will receive a QUALITY EDUCATION. As do most state schools, they’re underfunded, understaffed & seemingly have a high turnover rate; in my opinion. …
