Someone stole my identity and never went and they took my taxes for a class I never signed up for.. I've been fighting this undue hardship filed police reports and gave them everything to prove I didn't go to this institution. I can't believe they can just take your money. You need an identification to buy cigarettes but not to sign up for thousand dollar classes. They say I signed up and got an F. I graduated in 2001 with a BA and I was in default when they say I signed up for school in which I guess nowadays you can pay after the class people I guess don't have to prepay for the course which when I we t to school I had to apply for financial aid. This isn't the case any longer, I don't understand that. This is the worst communication they don't call back all they'll do is write emails and send you to vm. I don't recommend this school as I am being charged for something I never did.

Great community college ..maybe not the safest area especially at night if it's in Lowell There are 2 locations in Lowell and Bedford .You can choose what campus you would rather have classes or you can mix them up .

Beautiful campus. Only issue is I went to go tour today and my friends needed to use the bathroom. We told the security resource officer that we were touring and were still denied because we weren't students. I understand they were doing their job but in the future, I hope they can be more welcoming and open up some student only things such as the bathrooms to potential new students.

Advisors have no clue what there doing, professors do not care about the students and the staff in general is extremely unprofessional even leaving students on read with urgent emails or even kicking. Students out of there areas specific dedicated to them so that staff can have meetings. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere because you will not receive an education here period.

Have to leave a one star review because math classes still use the decades old mymathlab programs which are full of bugs and horrible instructionals. You have to teach yourself with a garbage program.

Having the struggles of trying to work and do school teachers don’t care about your success. The best community college is north shore in Danvers. We’re forced to pay extra for unecessary classes and pay for a lot out of pocket when it should be included in programs. It’s unfair and after I finish this semester I’m transferring out to a better college with teachers who genuinely care about their students and can give the time and day to figure out difficult solutions.

Best community college in town . Best faculties, friendly environment. If you are 25 years and older take advantage of mass reconnect. It covers your tuition for associate degree

Just finished my degree and every one of my teachers was wonderful and seemed to really care about their students' success. I took off a star because my advisor was terribly unhelpful and I ended up navigating my time at MCC without their assistance for the most part.

I had a very positive experience at MCC. Super easy to enroll. Teachers were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone there seems to want to see their students succeed. Transferred straight to UMASS Amherst after completing my associate's degree. Best decision I ever made.

Great professors that truly want you to learn. I've made so many new friends and have truly come out of my shell at this school! There are so many opportunities to get involved. The tutors are also helpful!
