Central Community College - Hastings

Great campus out away from the setting of Hastings! So the kids are stuck in a city rush environment. Campus is wonderfully spread out so give it almost a university feel. And can't say enough about the knowledge and personality and welcoming spirit of all staff. They all spoke highly of the college, to me as a first time parent experience with their first time college student speaks volumes! Plus not to mention the top notch education at affordable cost! Definitely just what our family needs

Went here a few months and hated it. My first roommate smoked pot on campus and no one did anything about it, and she also stole $25 from my purse. Again, no one did anything to help me. Got a new roommate who broke my belongings (including a $200 coffeemaker) and had sex with her boyfriend in my bed, and still, nothing was done about it. By the time I finally got a decent roommate, I was already failing all of my classes and the entire college experience was destroyed by this school that refused to cooperate with me. I dropped out in November 2016. BUT it's now February 2017, and I'm still registered with them as a full time student. The school never finalized my drop out papers and are continuing to charge me tuition when I'm not even attending. So, if you're looking for a college where you're treated like a person, look elsewhere.

Just participated in a weekend class. Instructor had difficulty explaining material when asked specific questions. Clean building and restrooms. Nice parking lot.

I enjoy going to classes here the automotive program is fantastic.

Don't buy your books at the bookstore!!!!! If you drop a class after only a few days they will NOT refund your money. Disgraceful!!!!!!!!
