I've been waiting to get accepted and start classes for a year! This school acts like it's Harvard University with the acceptance terms when it's just a regular community college like all others. They required so many documents to submit just to get accepted that I was never asked for those documents at other colleges in NJ! Advisors are very strict and really tough with the rules! They have been still processing my application since Decemeber 2024! I don't feel nice welcomed to that school and still deciding: Is this the right school for me with the way they act?

Middlesex College is the best decision I made! Started and completed my prerequisites and got accepted to RN program, which has extremely good reputation. And not without reason! The professors I was Blessed with to have learned from, all are extremely knowledgeable and professional, the academic advisor, made it possible for me to combine, crazy schedule with classes. If you are willing to study, that’s the place to do that. If you are expecting others to do your job, you won’t succeed anywhere. Highly recommend!

I thought I put Edison on the GPS but accidently got to East Orange since the police is always there 24/7 monitoring students and THIRSTING for tickets and that makes it feel awkard and seems like there's lots of crime in Edison! NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE AT ALL! They consolidated the parking to only ONE SMALL SPOT area thats always full and they will still issue you tickets on permitted spots which is absolutely does not make any sense! and you have to walk at least 10-15 mins to get to your class even on raining days and bad weather conditions. In short, if you are not disabled with parking permission, it's not a good option for you to go there!

I really enjoyed this college while I attended there even though one professor never showed up for his classes and when I reached out to the school they blamed me for not giving the class a chance. How am I supposed to give the class a chance if the professor doesn’t show? Luckily I had to transfer out because I was moving anyway but Middlesex County College has not made this move easy for me at all. They decline giving me my transcripts and charge for everything they do. All I need is to move on and they are making it very difficult.

a COMMUNITY college that still requires the covid vaccine & does not allow for a religious exemption! news flash middlesex: that is my right as an american citizen. YOU, a college institution, do NOT get to dictate what goes into my body especially because my religion does NOT accept that. I suggest you follow the fda & learn how they are changing the standards for who should be vaccinated. I am not 65 years or older and I do not have health issues. according to the fda, I do not need the vaccine! I have a right to an education (especially one i am paying for myself!!!!), I have rights as per the constitution of this country & as an american citizen, yet this *again* COMMUNITY college is not upholding federal laws. they want to follow the "guidelines" but still require a vaccine that the fda is stating shouldn't be given to healthy individuals. an absolute joke. if i am paying for my education, why does it matter? every other vaccine i will comply with. but a vaccine that just came out less than 10 years ago? NOPE. news flash again, in case you forgot, you are a COMMUNITY college. not Harvard. not Yale. no where close to that. you're requirements are absolutely insane.

I went here barely finishing the semester. First, FASFA helps pay most of the financial coverage but the application & steps to be enrolled into this college is so unclear and completely unorganized. The staff urge you to contact Academic Advising for your classes but I got my class schedule last minute since no one picked up the phone, I had to go in person a week before the semester started. The classes were fine but most of the times you would most likely have to teach yourself. The experience was okay but the school lunch was absolutely atrocious, I chose to starve instead. I won’t be going back to finish another year.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The reason I took off at star is because ther is a lot of construction and its hard navigating the campus.

Spent a great time here, the campus is beautiful. Some professors are good some arent, but that’s with every school…. Big diverse community and people who actually care about your success!!

This is a place for you to get an head start towards a good education. Credits cost is probably the lowest in central New Jersey. The staff has gotten better over the last few years. The new wing is now completely finished and you can get your things done much faster and much more efficiently without getting frustrated in the process. Parking always ends up being far away from classes for me but I’m sure that is not the case for everyone. If you’re heading to the offices come early because heavy lines start forming.

Went from Middlesex to Syracuse to Columbia. Great professors on engineering. Please do your first 2 years at community college and save (a lot of) money. I promise the education is the same everywhere the first 2 years. And gives you time to figure out what you like. Very poor guidance counselors which threw me off course unfortunately so I had to transfer early

As a currently student at MCC I could say that the staff is supportive, is a very cute campus and is small which is better and helpful to a smooth transition to a 4 year college, also is a great head start for a high school career, it has a …

I went in with a plan to get out as soon as I received my A.A degree and it was worth it for the money. I find most students become lazy or get too comfortable while attending this school and wonder why they are still there after 2-3 years. …

The staff has gotten better recently. As far as the classes and professors go - it's college... many students expect it to be an extension of high school, but the courses are just as rigorous as any other institution. The professors are a …

I did my 2 years time there. It's basically free with FA, making it a good value. There are a couple good professors. I would give them 5 stars but the cops there are overly aggressive in their ticketing. Such Police presence is not …
