I was rather interested to see the completion of this new building owned by New York City College of Technology. The other building's exterior appear outdated and not taken care of... But this Academic Complex makes the student life atmosphere fresh! It's clean and has wide open space. The Academic Complex holds programs in the sciences and health-related field including Biological Sciences, Chemical Technology, Restorative Dentistry, Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Human Services, Health Services Administration, and Vision Care Technology. There's also a Community Service Center that isn't available yet.

Waste of money, "state of the art" facility designed with flash and cash but no thought given to students and faculty. For example, a classroom built to accommodate well over fifty students. This newly built classroom was designed flat instead of sloping towards the lecturer where everyone can see the speaker. A simple sloped classroom, money blown away.
