Last child just moved into Widener, their move in process was the best I've ever experienced across 3 children and 3 different colleges, 4 if you include my process back in the day at Univ of Pittsburgh
Excellent University. I will and have recommended Widener to many. My daughter spread her wings and matured into a wonderful young woman ready to conquer the world! COVID didn't hold her or her friends from getting an A+ education.
All that money y'all make and can't fix your potholes. I got a flat coming off from exit 6 turning the first bend to the college. RIDICULOUS! Y'all should pay for this! The roads surrounding the entire college needs fixing!
Muffin Moved in on the 24 and 25 and 26 in the Metro Building 4th floor there has been NO Elevator since Day One she 4feet tall 100 pounds and had to carry Everything up and Down the Steps including her headboard Water food clothing Everything I tried to help her and injured my Knee again I spoken to the Dean on the 25th and September 3rd and Still No elevator This is a Disgrace All the Money I’m Paying this University 🤬🤬 The end of the last semester she was given a time slot to pick a building for this Semester she took 2 girlfriends with her to room together and they was Disregarded because it wasn’t 4 of them instead of them, giving them a Dorm room and Adding one person they gave them nothing and put them in different buildings and disregarded everything They said to them. They have no respect for these children. As far as I’m concerned they do not care about the children in this school. The Room wasn’t clean at All plus they had to replace the Refrigerator and cleaning the couch because it looked like a cat slept there all summer . All they care about is money. She’s been there two years and haven’t eaten there and they still charge her $1200 a semester I Rate this School 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 the staff I’ve Spoken too can care Less all they say is I’m sorry and that does zero for me or Muffin having to carry all her items up and down steps for over a week now🤬 They Do whatever they want because the kids just accept it and trust they Words. If anyone have any information on what I can do about this please Message Me because this is Crazy

I was there for a track event. The outdoor track was extremely clean and there lighting at night was absolutely perfect. There bathrooms were very clean. They also have a live vending area that sells a variety of fast food and beverages. The only thing with the vending is that there food is a bit pricey. Example, three dollar hotdogs, three dollar pizza slices with no toppings. The staff were very nice.
Graduate program affordable fees in chester county,,15/mile from Philadelphia
My son currently attends his graduation yeat is 2018. He has been on the deans list each semester. Currently holding a 3.96 . This school has been an amazing experience. When i myself as a parent need help understanding something the schools willingness to help is amazing! My son is having a life changing experience at Widener. He is an RA as well as part of the CREW team. Tutors other students when they need help. He does get paid for his time. Food is decent. I have come to visit many times and enjoyed my lunch at Widener. My son's education has been tops at Widener. He is well on his way of becoming a graduate in criminal justice, looking forward to his career as an FBI Agent/boarder patrol agent..
It’s beautiful I’m not a college student here I always walk through it
First, it is a beautiful campus and VERY safe! Just because it says Chester doesn't mean it is automatically a dangerous area. Police and campus safety make sure students on and off campus are safe. Second, the classes are a normal size, like a high school would be, so there is a bigger connection between student and professor. Third, the classes are rigorous and if you go to Widener and don't believe that then maybe your major is too easy for you, or you are taking easier classes. As an engineer, the professors push us as far as we can go, but this rigor is important in my eyes because it prepares us better. The research programs and opportunities are something you cannot beat! They also have a co-op program that is 12 months of experience in 4 years, and I HIGHLY suggest this! Honestly, it doesn't get any better, so keep Widener in your radar!
Widener has been a true blessing for muy daughter! She is thriving thanks to the AMAZING PROFESSORS that truly care. They are able to have one on one time thanks to the small class size. Well worth the money!
I have had a good experience taking online classes at Widener. I was reluctant to go back to school because I did not want to take more than one class at a time; at Widener I can do that, for the most part. My education has been a quality one.
The school is unique in academic
I graduated from Widener in May, 2015. I was a transfer student to Widener so I was only there for two years, but for the two years I was there, it was great! I was in the B.S. Biology program so I can only speak for the sciences at Widener …
I think Widener is a diamond in the rough. I have toured and visited a lot of schools, and my experience has been great. …
Widener was great, I'll leave it at that. Work hard guys, the workforce is brutal. Cheers
The bad: 1. DANGEROUS CITY. Chester ,Pennsylvania has a very high crime rate. Nowhere is …
It was wonderful being there for my granddaughters induction into the NCNW. Congratulations to all the inductees.
My sister did her thing another Masters under her belt MRS.IMANI OLIVER
