4/5 classes I have had on this campus have been pretty good. They lose points in their entire technical prowess, the sites they used were horridly difficult to try and navigate for while. Either way you got some awesome Professors here, and that increases the review score.

If you're associated in with the military in any way, DO NOT go here or any other campuses. The VA department is non-existant. Read and believe other reviews. The admissions process was a nightmare. It takes months for them to evaluate any paperwork, and you'll spend months trying to contact them only for them to say your paperwork is in the "orphan folder". Instructors are hit and miss. Always look at Rate my professor because some of these "professors" aren't great. The departments refuse to accept many transfer core credits from other community colleges. They love to act like their classes are so different and advanced, but it's literally the same concepts and lessons. Wasted hundreds on the same class I've already taken and passed. There is no guidance on the enrollment process either. You'll be running around lost. The campuses in Round Rock and Highland are nice though.

Staff was very helpful and polite. They helped us with everything we needed and they were very agile on the test rating and everything. Instalations are clean and organized, the counselor we talked to was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this if you're thinking on studying to transfer to a University and/or getting a degree for something else.

Absolutely the WORST ACC campus I've been to so far. I took a math class in my first semester last year and the professor was horrible. She offered barely any help at all, and she was extremely rude to everyone in the class even though we all say quietly and did not disrupt her teaching. The people at the front desk do not know what they're talking about and offer hardly any help. Avoid this campus at all costs

Horrible horrible service. I have to remind myself that not all of Austin Community College treats prospecting students like this. I come in for a walk in for academic advise. I was informed over the phone by an advisor that I can come in to get some answers and to see if applying to ACC was a good fit for me. Instead the lady at the front desk goes on saying that I need to establish an account, submit minimal credits, submit an official transcript, go through verification, then once I'm done and started, I can speak with someone. She ends the conversation with, "it's a technicality thing." So I left empty handed with no guidance.

i really appreciated student activities for providing coffee and snacks at least once a week! it was a really nice way to start the day and went a long way. there were lots of resources and help available for students.

To register for the classes you want, every faculty member recommends you get on the website at midnight and try your best to register. The problem with this is that the internet capabilities of ACC are far below acceptable. I stayed up until four in the morning waiting for the website to let me on. After four hours of waiting, I went to sleep. When I woke up, the website let me know that the class that I had waited four hours for was full. After inquiring about what I should do from here, the only response I received was "That means you should take another class". I see no reason why anybody should put their trust in a school that so blatantly ignores a huge issue such as this and shows absolutely no compassion or understanding towards their students.

The VA Financial Aid always processes paperwork late and really does not care if you have to wait 2-4 extra months to get paid. Many of the advisers will give you wrong advice or miss something important and your the one who pays the price, not them as the college from the president down will not hold them accountable and will not compensate when they cause harm by giving consistent bad advice. I can honestly not recommend this college as they lack integrity, which should be primary at any educational facility. Its just a fact and I know it through experience.

I like this school, I’ve been going here for a bit over a year now and I like how small it is and most of the professors are nice. I’ve gotten a lot of help in the learning lab and overall would recommend to any high schoolers to go here before transferring to 4 year university. (it’s much cheaper)

Went to the learning lab here once and felt discriminated. They (PHYSICS TA and the front desk person) somehow laughed at me for taking engineering physics course here. What's wrong with taking the course? And engineering physics course is popular in ACC that most of the classes were full. The front desk person was very rude. She was supposed to let me know where to sign in and take me to the proper TA, but she did nothing but staring at me with a smirk. The physics TA was terrible. He knows nothing about the subject and rather got angry as I asked question.
