This picture was taken in 2021… I feel guilty for even posting this because I know the college is struggling financially but good lord that was my last straw with the college. Not a day went by where I didn’t think about leaving. Don’t get me started on the mold in the ceilings (that was in the Rollins suites, I think Towers is fine). But honestly, choosing this college over Lanier Tech, UGA, KSU, or GSU is such an L, definitely one of the biggest regrets of my life. I’m not saying it was 100% bad but I think there are places with better value for the money. Very overpriced… Also, every single weekend, 99% of the students drive 2 hours to go home, it was super weird. I did not expect that. Also about half the students either drop out or transfer by sophomore year. Other than that, the food was actually quite decent, the gym was nice, and the campus was beautiful, made some decent memories with a few friends, but I still don’t think the pros outweigh the cons.

Great! Their athletics department and fields are amazing. I was there listening to my son, Spencer, do PA announcing for the Women's Soccer game. He is a Communicstions Major there. Go YHC!

Very pleasant place to visit. All the kids on campus seem nice and friendly. If you don't know where a certain building is, they are willing to help get you there.

I had the experience meeting some of the best teachers and staff while my son was attending there. I must say that you feel the warmth and sincere of each faculty member. Blessed College. Thank you

I'm enjoying my tenure at Young Harris college. I was able to easily be apart of starting a club called prism which is the GSA on campus. Which is a safe space for LGBTQ+ Students. The school, even if it is a Christian school, was more than open to it, and we got it set up in less than a month.

Not for the average high school graduate! Two generations of my family have begun school and have the same "exact" response, "If, you did not ACE college prep courses in High School, or earn a GPA of 3.5, or better, this school is likely not the school for you." Most students attending are there on academic scholarships and a high percentage come from private Christian schools. Prior to enrolling, register and take a college math and college writing course at a local Community College. If, you score 3.5 or higher on the paper then maybe you will be okay. The teacher/student ratio is 13-16/1. Much different than going to a school where you are one of 100 in a class. The teachers have the time to scrutinize a composition paper under a magnifying lens. It's a hard school. It's beyond hard... It's expensive, so think long and seriously before enrolling. Also, this is a VERY Christian school. If you have different religious preferences then know you will feel tremendously out of place as so many of the in class discussions are based on Christian perspective.

Beautiful campus. The professors and staff genuinely care for the students. Students are not just a number and all the students are encouraged to be a part of campus life.
