I can’t give the administrative staff enough credit for helping my son navigate his classes getting him registered being patient with him and very concerned. They found the class, they helped them to register. They helped him even pay for it. It’s so unusual in today’s world to find people like this and Connecticut State Norwalk does it. My experience was with Weethne Dorvil and Stephen Kittredge was excellent! My heros!!!

I played basketball there and also attended classes. Class size was great. Nice food for lunch and we had a good Hoops team . John Beniash #35

If I can give half a star I would… this school is beyond sketchy. First when you try to even bring up transferring they tell you it’s impossible to do so unless you take a certain amount of classes which is not true. All they want to do is keep you there but they will tell you that they don’t. Then when it comes to the money process they don’t answer any of your questions. They give certain people a gateway to re confirm their tax information which then takes an extra long process. I do not recommend this community college to anyone looking to go to one. They will give you absolute zero guidance in transferring because they need people to stay.

This school is great place to kickstart your academic journey. The science department is desperately in need of more instructors but the ones I took were awesome.

I've taken classes here before with no problem. I like this community college. Only complaint is that the Admissions Office is absolutely horrendous. Incredibly unhelpful and clueless employees. I've emailed and called multiple times to try to fix an issue with my tuition status, and no one ever got back to me, even when they said someone will call back! So just an fyi if you ever need them to fix an issue with your account... That really is the only complaint though regarding this school. I've had good professors so far. It's also in a great location.

I unfortunately drop out due to lack of classes on Human Services. I would find one call or none for a semester, besides that is was a wonderful experience for me.

It's a good starting school but extremely disorganized with idiots for employees. Dr Apple or apfel is a complete and total moron. She is so ungodly useless. She is extremely disorganized no wonder all of the students hate her. She wouldn't shake our hands because she said that's how germs are spread. Get rid of this delusional troll! She made an appointment for 12 and then when we got there said it was for 4pm. Um hello!? This school is so DISORGANIZED. If you're willing to put up with complete chaos for two years then go here. This school was better back in the day now it's a hell hole. The librarians are nice and some of the professors and the security officers are really nice but that's about it.

Excellent school! Super clean environment, friendly culture, and helpful staff. There are plenty of dedicated professors here! Not all are great, just visit rate my professor first. Way better than Housatonic!!

The pits - worst academic facility around. No guidance, no one to speak to and the worst answers once you finally get a hold of someone. This place should be shut down and the atty general should hold the dean of academic affairs and curriculum completely accountable. I would not refer a dog to this school.
