Let me start by saying the professors are AMAZING in every way shape and form. They do a phenomenal job day-in and day-out. Thank you so much for what you do! I have to express my deep disappointment in the UMary admissions and counseling office. From the beginning, Nancy Dickson said "Oh yea, you have plenty of Fed funding to finish college. I have no idea what Rasmussen college was talking about. You'll finish just fine. LETS GET YOU SIGNED UP!" From that point on, I didn't get a shred of assistance from that office. "Yes Nancy is her office until 8pm tonight. (6pm) - Ooops I'm sorry, she left early today." Hey Nancy, remember when I said that I didn't want to enroll if I was going to run out of money? Thanks! Oh, and whomever I ran into in the stairwell that said "Oh my gosh!!! We can't have you not finish!!!! I will get to the bottom of this right away and call you first thing in the morning!!! (as she writes my number down), nice try "lady in the stairwell who should become an actor about how she pretends to care". The admissions and counseling services are a COMPLETE JOKE. I'm sure St. Benedict didn't teach about screwing people by enrolling them to make your quota only to send them an EXIT COUNSELING GUIDE! Thanks for the guide by the way.... it's the straw that made me want to write this detailed review.You got your quota and your customer service BLOWS :)
