College of Southern Nevada North Las Vegas Campus

Went here for a Chamber of Commerce event 4 North Las Vegas Business Leaders. The facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly there are lots of great historical things that line the hallways people you had never heard of that did great things. The north campus is much bigger than I thought has way more classrooms than I thought and it looks like it's going to be amazing.

Wow so I went here 10 plus years ago and recently enrolled. It's so much different but it's BETTER THAN IT EVER WAS. Staff is great, no hidden hoops very direct great class choices, accessible. I went to UNLV too and I prefer CSN, it's all meat no fuss.

Not open until Mon 8.25 but great campus with friendly, informative staff.

Literally was just told I’m not allowed to sit at the computers designated for CSN students because “I can hear people” where computers are placed. Well maybe don’t put computers for students to use in a location you don’t want people to use them....

Sitting waiting for my daughter in career center while here i had to list to a very unprofessional gentleman,talking about a girl and her daughter i assume his girlfriend and he kept cussing,i get it we grown but your at work in a school???? Please tell the tall African Gentleman he shouldn't cuss ar work nor talk about personal matters where everyone in the center can hear you...geez

CSN cashiering is a nightmare as these guys will place holds on your student account at other institutions. Dominique from the Cashering office at North Las Vegas was extremely inconsiderate and didn't want to help a student in need. It somehow felt like she liked being in power and not helping a student out. CSN doesn't have clear policies and is okay with putting hurdles in their student's progress.

Darius from financial advising is extremely informative, entirely so helpful! He explained every question I had throughly! Compared to the Henderson location, all the staff here, including counselors with student advising, has always been so kind and helpful to me. Much appreciated!

The campus was clean, and students near the bus stop were kind and respectful

Really good place to get a start in life. Pretty affordable they make financial aid and all of that pretty simple. That was a few years ago but it it was a decent place to go.

I submitted an appeal form. Did not hear back from CSN faculty for over a month. I received a letter in the mail and I am now being sent to collections because of their lack of communication. I wish they had informed me so I could’ve figured out a way to take care of this on time. I wish I knew they had denied my appeal but they didn’t bother to contact me. Now it is too late and this outcome will impact my future significantly.

Love the school. Very laid back and easy to navigate. Great professors, and real community feeling. Feels like a better education than my classes at UNLV... Most of the time. Could use more food choices a better gym and better study/rest areas.

My experience so far with this college; I find this college staff/teacher not sensitive nor do they understand ADA compliance nor equipped with knowledge to address people accommodations at the school! I wouldn't recommend this School if you have a disability!
